ICN is a national network of independent industry consultancies, which are managed by industry and sponsored by state governments, to achieve beneficial outcomes for local industry (Australian and NZ) and the local economy.ICN provides a unique range of services to project proponents and local suppliers, from 24 offices throughout Australia , and from one office in New Zealand .

ICN NSW utilises the resources of the national ICN network to achieve optimum results for its clients.

For Project Proponents, ICN saves time and money in supply chain development.This helps project proponents to efficiently locate the resources (goods and services) that they need to deliver their projects, and also enables competitive local suppliers to be considered for goods and services that might otherwise need to be sourced from overseas.

Our customs services

TARIFF CONCESSION AND ENHANCED PROJECT BY-LAW APPLICATIONS

ICN acts as a "Prescribed Organisation" under the Customs Act to determine whether "substitutable goods" subject to a Tariff Concession application are manufactured in Australia. ICN can also assist to verify if "equivalent goods" the subject of an Enhanced Project By-Law application are manufactured in Australia.
